When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our updated policy below:
1. Appointment Bookings & Card on File
To secure any reservation at Opulence, a valid credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation or no-show policies outlined below are triggered.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
*This allows us the opportunity to offer the opening to guests on our waiting list.
3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
• No-Show Appointments: Guests who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 50% of the total price of the services booked.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may also be subject to a fee up to 50% of the booked service value.
4. Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-to-15 minute grace period for arrivals. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Arriving excessively late may require us to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment entirely, which may result in a late cancellation fee.
Note to Guests: All fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. By booking an appointment with Opulence, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
